Midnight Madness by Priscilla MMSC23

"Trick or Treat"

Thanks for stopping in. I really wonder how many people stop in to check out my cards each week…I would love to get a “Treat” from you if you do not normally comment. It would be cool to hear from you, even if it is just a short hello :) Anyway, I had so much fun with my Envelope kit and making this card (Gurlee Girl Design stamp)…I named it “Trick or Treat” because the little pumpkin in the girl’s hands is so cute. My husband brought home two of those pumpkins for our kids trick or treat night this year.. It is really the first year I think they understand the whole “Halloween / Costume / Candy” thing!!! LOL… My daughter (3 years old) keeps repeating over and over to her little brother (2 soon to be 3 years old) “Ok now repeat after me ..{{{TRICK OR TREAT}}}..then you get CANDY in your pumpkin!!!” It is the cutest thing..she is such a good sister to her little brother. I have to say, she is obsessed with growing up and becoming a Dentist!! Can you believe that?? Wouldn’t that be cool, Free dental work for life..LOL She even knows what molars, incisors and canines are and she is VERY concerned because the Halloween candy has sugar in it and “that is bad for your teeth”!! I have to wait till she goes to bed before I sneak a piece of candy or she will tell me I have to go brush my teeth!!! LOL Ever since she had her tonsils removed, she is obsessed with looking in your mouth and at her TEETH!! I catch her staring at her teeth in the mirror all the time..LOL anyone else out there have a Dentist in the making??? As always, thank you for stopping by today and would love to hear any thought, comments or concerns you may want to share. See you all at the HOP??

It's so much fun as they become aware of their world and begin to have such strong interests! Feed those interests and have fun with her! :)

  10. Another beauty! Your daughter sounds adorable! It would be super cool if she does become a dentist! "Yeah, I've known since I was 3..." My dd is a Freshman and is showing a serious interest in paleontology, weird. BTW-This sketch looks a bit tricky for me.....

  11. Hi there! I always LOVE seeing your take on the sketch and hope to jump back in to the swing of things this week. I know you have lots of followers, but I've been 'hanging' on to the madness for a long time. You may remember me sharing that my mother was quite ill. She passed away last month and I've been out of the crafting loop since August. Things are finally calming down a bit and your's is the first challenge I want to get back too. THANKS for the great inspiration you share with everyone!
