Our March Diva is...Sue Drees
We are just thrilled to have Sue joining us for the whole month of March :)Here is a little bit about Sue..I have always been a crafter. Before discovering rubber stamps, I took decorative painting classes and painted everything in the house that had a blank surface. I taught myself to sew and made many of my daughters clothes and doll clothes when she was young, and then repeated that stage when I had a granddaughter.I have been rubber stamping for about 15 years (hard to believe!) and have such a wonderful collection. I still get a thrill every time I ink a stamp up and the image appears on paper ! And, I love to color, always did as a kid (and as a Grandma). I became very interested in scene stamping and have taken three levels of classes from Kevin Nakagawa (Owner of Stampscapes). I went on to teach classes at my local stamp store. I now do a weekly online challenge on their blog which has been very successful. I set up my blog in August of 2008 and it has been the single most rewarding thing I have ever done. I have met so many people from all over the world. The best thing about the internet is you get to visit all these wonderful blogs and see what everyone else is doing and interact with everyone!!I married my high school sweetheart and best friend, Rick, when we were 19 and 20 (I was the older woman by 56 days) who is my biggest supporter. We have one daughter Heidi, our son-in-law Brian, a granddaughter, Megan and a grandson, Michael. I am a retired accountant (but working two days a week for tax season).
We have such wonderful Divas each month and always look forward to working with the next one. I would like to take this time to thank Cheryl for a wonderful Feb month of fabulous cards.Would you like to be our next diva?
Just let us know :)

Our MMSC42 weekly Bonus sponsor is.....
Here is a little bit about our awesome sponsor this week....
My name is Teresa Sherman, aka – Teri.
I am a stay at home Mum, and live in North-East Scotland with my hubby and three little ones.I trained as a Graphic Designer, and have worked in the newspaper industry (pre-computers!!) and later with magazines and advertising when computers came along. This is where I learned the basics in Quark Express and Photoshop, which I use constantly!!I only recently delved into the realms of Crafting after the birth of my youngest and enjoy making Greetings cards, toppers and sketching. I began using a lot of my own sketches on my cards, which eventually lead to selling my images on my blog shop, Delicious Doodles. The shop has only been running for a few months, but I am hoping it will lead to bigger and brighter things, plus earning me a few extra pennies to help keep the household budget afloat!!My main blog: http://handmadebyteri.blogspot.com
You can find all her fantastic images at http://deliciousdoodles.blogspot.com/
Bonus Weekly MMSC42 Prize.......

SIX sheets of A4 printed digital images, six images on each - on card not paper. These are images from my shop, Delicious Doodles.
PLUS:
Two sheets A5 textured Lilac coloured card.
Four sheets A5 Lilac coloured handmade papers, some with petals embedded.
One pack of Papermania 3D stickers 'Butterfly Tags'.
One pack handcrafted stickers with mini gems + flowers.

  23. I had such a great time with this sketch! I loved it! At first I thought it was impossible to fit everything on one regular sized card...but it all worked out.

I even sewed buttons! I haven't done that in about 20 years. I used water-color pencils for the rose and leaves. I love this paper!

Thanks for giving us a place to display our cards!

    Traci S.
