Midnight Madness by Priscilla MMSC24

" Wood , Stain Glass and Jewels "

Made with the "Thinking Inside the Box Envelope Kit"

Hello my friends....This card was made for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge #24 and today I have a very unique card to share with you. It is made with Wood, Stain Glass and a broken piece of vintage jewelry. It is quite heavy with lots of layers, machine sewn, has gold trim and some added rhinestones. It was a lot of fun working with the wood paper. Be sure to check out Sue’s store for all the variety you can choose from. Be sure to click on the picture to get a really close look at the details of this card. I made a thick style matching envelope to house this card. I hope you enjoyed your stay with me today.

  1. Holy Moly Priscilla, it's gorgeous. I couldn't believe you can even put stitches on the envelope. That's breath taking and I love it. It sure looks like a time consuming project, but worth with the result.

  11. Gorgeous just gorgeous...when I first saw this I was saying to myself....I have the perfect outfit to wear this one. The oval center of the card looks like a beautiful piece of jewelry. I could pull off wearing this as I love pins that are 3" and larger. People used to come to the bank just to see what brooch I was wearing. LOL So I could wear your card...LOL Enchanting and Elegant!!!!

    Hugs,
    Carol

  12. I really, really love this card Priscilla. It's so rich looking and earthy at the same time. I love the brooch center piece, it totally makes this card. And stained glass?!! Wow! I've done some stained glass projects many, many years ago! I gave it up, because mistakes were too expensive or hurt too much. LOL! :)
