CONGRATULATIONS!!
Dawn you have 48 hours to email me to claim your prize.
***BLOG HOP IS NOW CLOSED***
Be sure to check back here Monday for the winner of my personal hop give away and then check Claudia's blog for the Grand Prize Give away winner.

Hello and welcome to the "priscillastyles" blog, (aka "The Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge Blog" and if you are looking for the current sketch challenge click HERE)

A group of us got together and thought it would be fun to introduce you to different stampers, their styles and blogs. Perhaps you’ll find an exciting new artist that you would like to visit again! We are called, Stampers United and today we are having a Blog Hop! Not only will you be able to visit some hopefully unfamiliar blogs, but there are prizes along the way with a fabulous Grand Prize at the end! In order to have a chance at winning the Grand Prize, you must gather a phrase along the Blog Hop. Each stamper will have a particular word listed on their blog and as long as you visit them in order, you will have the phrase at the end. Claudia will pick the Grand Prize winner, then announce the winner Monday on her blog. Once the winner has contacted her, she will ask for the phrase. If that person has the phrase correct, then they win the prize, if not , she will pick a second person until the phrase is correct. so don't tell anyone ;) To start off, you must begin at the Stampers United Blog! If you have not started there, I suggest you go back and begin again . . . you don’t want to miss out on that fabulous Grand Prize! The blog hop ends on Saturday, Sept. 26 at 6:00 AM EDT and the Grand Prize winner will be drawn on Monday, Sept 28th and announced on Claudia's blog. If you have arrived from Leslie's blog then you are on the right course. Before I reveal my own personal BLOG CANDY give away, I would like to share my Halloween Stand up Card and Envelope with you. I have even done a mini tutorial for you because I was so thrilled with the “PAPER CLAY” that I used on this card to make the spider, so I just had to share it with you. It is just like clay and when it dries, it is super lightweight and just amazing. Ok, lets start with some pictures of my finished card and envelope. Please feel free to click on any of the pictures to enlarge them for a closer look.

Front View of the "Stand Up Card"

Thick Style "Thinking Inside the Box" Envelope

Card folds down flat and fits nicely in the Envelope.
(the kit allows you to adjust the thickness if needed)

Here is a picture of the Paper Clay

I used wax paper to protect my work space and just rolled
out the clay just like I was a kid again. I pressed the clear acrylic cabochon in the body of the spider to create a spot to glue it in later.

Let dry over night. It is "PAPER" clay, so it is SUPER LIGHT when it drys. Add a couple rhinestone eyes.......

Created the picture Cabochon. Click here for
more details on creating with Cabochons

Create the stand up card with the swing out arms as desired.
Glue your piece on the hanging element and let dry.

"HAPPY HALLOWEEN"

I hope you have enjoyed the card I made for you today and before I send you off to the next blog and reveal the code word, I would like to invite you all to "follow" my blog, because we always have tons of give aways, fun sketches, tutorials and we are even doing a special event that will give a chance for someone to win a prize worth $1295.00 The details will be posted on Sept 28th right here on my blog, so be sure to check back for that Huge Exciting Announcement . Last, I would like to offer anyone who leaves me a comment on this post a chance to win one of my "priscillastyles" products. Just click and scroll down to view the items up for grabs. So be sure to enter my personal BLOG CANDY by leave me a comment. A very special Thank You goes out to Claudia for constructing this Blog hop, all the awesome bloggers involved and to our wonderful sponsors. All the items in the Grand Prize have been donated from the wonderful companies listed on the Stampers United Blog, and that is one

HUGE GRAND PRIZE!!!! WOWZER!!!
