Midnight Madness by Priscilla MMSC14

"Sue's Pumpkin"

This weeks MMSC14 was designed by Sue. Thank you again Sue for such a fun sketch. I have to first apologize to Sue, because I completely forgot to add my corner accents…whoops!!! I was going to add them and take new pictures, but I ran out of time. My card this week features one of Sue’s fantastic digi images that can be found HERE. Shhhh she even has some free downloads, so be sure to stop by and check them out :) I am having such a fun time working with her digi line and it is just a pleasure to be working with her on the MMDT. I am so happy for the success of her Online Store. My card also features a “Handmade Chiffon Flower”. I have added a picture with some flowers in the forefront, so you can see some other flowers made with this same technique. I will be doing a “Mid Week Tutorial” on how to make these flowers, so be sure to check back on Wednesday. I would love to hear what you think of my card and as always, if I can answer any questions, just ask away :) Thank you for looking.

  9. I looooove Fall colors and this card is bursting with them! I thought the flower at first was a tissue paper flower like we learned to make when I was a girl in school, but then saw the layers were sheer fabric, I'll look forward to the tutorial. This card is gorgeous.

  10. I hate the end of summer, it's such a fun time of year. I think to make up for that God gives us the beautiful fall colors. I adore those colors and the images that go with them so I just love your card. I can't wait to see the tutorial on that flower. It's a bit she-she (do I even know if that's a word) for me but I would use it on a card for a she-she kind of friend.

  25. Priscilla another gorgeous card. So many wonderful layers. It reminds me of cakes...lol I have been baking cakes lately-layer cakes too...up the wa-zoo and everything reminds me of cakes. I have made lemon curd, lime, orange chiffon. caramel, cherry chocolate chip, peach puree'. Love all the shine. Your chiffon flower is fabulous and the tutorial was great. Can't wait to try it sometime. Love the swirl embossing too. Maybe I am inspired now to make a Cinnamon Pumpkin puree' cake...hahahaha.
